Santos believes that some enterprises can solve coordination issues by adopting encryption tools, which manifest as higher operating costs, capital expenditures, or declining unit economic benefits. It is not important whether the business owners are willing to accept Crypto Assets, because Inversion Capital will not be a partner - it will directly acquire these enterprises.
